By accessing or using Palt.io (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Palt.io is an API documentation platform that allows users to create, host, and manage interactive API documentation from OpenAPI specifications. The Service includes features such as custom domains, branding customization, and interactive API testing.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including API specifications, documentation, and branding assets. By uploading content, you grant Palt.io a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

The Service offers both free and paid plans. Pricing for paid plans is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palt.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
